Project Overview

Founded and architected ASSRT (Advanced Systems & Services Response Team),
a dedicated critical-response function responsible for handling high-severity
production incidents across the platform.

The team was composed of two fixed senior engineers and two rotating engineers
drawn from the broader engineering pool on a sprint-by-sprint basis, ensuring
continuity and shared operational context across teams.

Designed the team model to include coordinated onshore and offshore coverage
with intentional overlap windows, improving response times and sustaining
near-continuous incident coverage without burnout.

Supported the team with automated workflows integrating Jira, WikiJS, and GitHub,
enabling structured incident tracking, real-time documentation, and versioned
RCAs that created a durable operational knowledge base.
